Online Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with our products and will gladly accept returns on all full-priced items within 60 days of receipt where the products are in new, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached.

All items included within our Choose What You Pay or are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Earrings are not eligible for return due to hygiene considerations.

Australian Orders

If you would like to return an item:

1. Visit our online returns portal to request a return.

2. Select the items you'd like to return.

3. Specify whether you would like your refund processed to the original payment method or issued as a store credit. Return shipping is charged at a flat fee of $7.95 per return, which will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, opt for a store credit to receive a free return shipping label.

4. Once confirmed, you will receive an email with your pre-paid shipping label.

5. Simply print the label, package your items and drop off at your nearest post office or street post box.

6. Once received, your refund will be processed within 3 business days. Please note that any shipping charges will not be included in the refund amount.

International Orders

If you would like to return an item:

1. Visit our online returns portal to request a return.

2. Select the items you'd like to return.

3. Specify whether you would like your refund processed to the original payment method or issued as a store credit.

4. Once confirmed, please package and ship your items using a traceable shipping service to:

Please note* Our returns portal does not permit international returns from a country without a postcode. Please contact us to request your return manually.

We happily offer exchanges for a new size, colour or style. Simply lodge your return on our online returns portal and follow the prompts to exchange or shop now. *please note stock will not be held for exchanges.

Alternatively, you can visit your nearest store to facilitate an on the spot exchange.
