Online Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with our products and will gladly accept returns on all full-priced items, within 14 days^ of receipt where the products are in new, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached.
If you would like your refund processed to the original payment method, return shipping is charged at a flat fee of $15 per return (Australia only), which will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, opt for an exchange or store credit to receive a free return shipping label.
Once we receive your return, please allow our returns team 2-5 business days to process your return or exchange.

Extended Returns: Place an order in-store or online between 3 December and 25 December and enjoy extended returns until 15 January. Excludes final sale items.
Black Friday Sale: Items labelled as 'Flash Sale Offer' are eligible for returns in line with our current returns policy. Items labelled as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or credit notes unless deemed faulty.
End of Season Sale: All end of season sale items are 'Final Sale' are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or credit notes unless deemed faulty.
Markdowns: Items labelled as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or credit notes unless deemed faulty.
Promotional Items: All full priced items marked down during a promotional period are eligible for returns in line with our current returns policy.
Re-Worn: All Re-Worn items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or credit notes unless deemed faulty.
Swimwear: All swimwear must be tried on wearing undergarments. If returned they must still have the tags and hygiene stickers in place and will not be accepted if these are removed.
Earrings: Due to sanitary reasons we are unable to accept a refund or exchange for earrings.
Exchanges
We happily offer exchanges for a new size on all full priced items within 14 days of receipt where the products are in new, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached. Simply lodge your return on our online returns portal above and follow the prompts to exchange.
Please note that stock will not be held for exchanges and all exchange orders will be sent with standard shipping.

Returning Online Orders In Store
If you would prefer to return your item in your local Assembly Label store, please ensure your return adheres to our Returns Policy above. Our stores can offer refunds, exchanges or credit notes for online full-price orders (except orders made with PayPal). All markdown items need to be returned online or to one of our surplus stores only.
Returning Online Orders Made In Store
If you purchase an order in store that is then sent to you from our online distribution centre or another store, please note that these orders are only available to return in store and you will not be able to return online.
^Our Returns Policy has changed from 30 days to 14 days effective September 6th 2024.
