As a result of COVID-19, Australia Post are experiencing delays due to the lack of available flights. They have advised International orders can take up to 30 days to receive.

We are permanently extending our returns period on all purchases made online, to 60 days from reception and we have waived all shipping fees within Australia for your convenience. We would like to thank you for your patience.

Our couriers are constantly adapting their procedures in order to best guarantee the safety of customers. All carriers are now defaulting deliveries to Authority To Leave and will not be requesting a physical signature from the customer or receiver.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post at the following rates are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase on business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.

Most orders are fulfilled from our Distribution Centre, however due to stock availability your order may be split and be fulfilled from multiple locations. If you have received your order and you have a missing item, it is likely your package has been separated in to two shipments. If this is the case, you should receive two tracking emails from Shippit. If one of your items in being fulfilled from a store, please allow 3 business days for it to be delivered.

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to additional import taxes and duties. In most cases, such duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination and these may vary widely from country to country. When you make a purchase from Assembly Label, you are liable for any additional duties so please take this into account when placing your order.

Pre Order

Pre Orders will be dispatched for delivery within two business days of them being receipted in at our distribution centre. The estimated date of arrival is specified on the product page and can be subject to change. If you would like to edit or cancel your Pre Order please live chat us or send us an email enquiries@assemblylabel.com.

Choose What You Pay

Please note that during our Choose What You Pay promotion, there may be delays to our regular shipping timelines. All Choose What You Pay orders will be shipped within 3 business days.

Please be aware that all items included in this promotion are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law.

Online Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with our products and will gladly accept returns on all full-priced items within 60 days of receipt where the products are in new, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached.

As noted above, all items included within our Choose What You Pay or Online Warehouse Sale promotion are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Swimwear, underwear and jewellery are not eligible for return due to hygiene considerations.

Australian Orders

If you would like to return an item:

1. Visit our online returns portal to request a return.

2. Select the items you'd like to return.

3. Specify whether you would like your refund processed to the original payment method or issued as a store credit. Return shipping is charged at a flat fee of $7.95 per return, which will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, opt for a store credit to receive a free return shipping label.

4. Once confirmed, you will receive an email with your pre-paid shipping label.

5. Simply print the label, package your items and drop off at your nearest post office or street post box.

6. Once received, your refund will be processed within 3 business days. Please note that any shipping charges will not be included in the refund amount.

International Orders

If you would like to return an item:

1. Visit our online returns portal to request a return.

2. Select the items you'd like to return.

3. Specify whether you would like your refund processed to the original payment method or issued as a store credit.

4. Once confirmed, please package and ship your items using a traceable shipping service to:

Returning Online Orders In Store

If you would prefer to return your item in your local Assembly Label store, please ensure your return adheres to our Returns Policy above. Our stores can offer exchanges or credit notes for online orders, if you require a refund please follow the online returns process.

Exchanges

Please note that we do not offer exchanges for online orders. If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend that you place a new order online and simply return your existing item. Alternatively, you can visit your nearest store to facilitate an on the spot exchange.
