Split Shipments

Most orders are fulfilled from our Distribution Centre in Sydney, however due to stock availability your order may be split and be fulfilled from multiple locations. If you have received your order and you have a missing item, it is likely your package has been separated into multi shipments. If this is the case, you should receive a Split Shipment notification email post purchase. 

Authority to Leave

Please note that all orders under $400, including same day delivery, will be automatically set with Authority to Leave. If you do not wish your parcel to be left, please direct to an Australia Post location or contact them for further assistance.

Re-Worn

All Re-Worn products will be sent via Standard Australia Post from our partner warehouse Revibe, based in Sydney.

    Click & Collect FAQs

    How do I place a Click & Collect order? 

    For items eligible for Click & Collect, simply select “Pick Up” at checkout. Choose your preferred store with availability and complete your purchase as usual. 

    When will my Click & Collect order be ready? 

    Your order will be ready within 4 business hours when placed before 12pm (store trading hours apply). Orders placed after 12pm will be prepared for collection the following business day. We’ll send you an email notification as soon as your order is ready to collect. 

    How do I collect my order? 

    Visit your selected store and present your digital order confirmation email. For security reasons, we’re unable to release orders without this. 

    Can someone else collect my order on my behalf? 

    Yes - they simply need to present the order confirmation email at collection. 

    How long is my order held for?

    Your order will be held for 7 days from the time you receive your “Ready for Collection” email. If it isn’t collected within 7 days, we will reach out to assist. Uncollected orders may be cancelled and refunded. 

    haven’t received my Ready for Collection notification. What should I do? 

    If your order should be ready but you haven’t received an update, please contact our Customer Care team via email or chat, and we’ll assist promptly. 

    Can I cancel or update my Click & Collect order? 

    If your order hasn’t yet been collected, we may be able to assist with changes or cancellation. Please contact Customer Care as soon as possible. While we do our best, adjustments are not always guaranteed once processing begins. 

    Can I return or exchange my Click & Collect order? 

    • Full‑price items (not marked sale or final sale) can be returned at any of our stores within 14 days of collection for a refund, store credit or exchange.

    • Sale items can be returned only to the surplus store where they were collected, for a store credit or exchange. 

    • Final sale items are not eligible for any returns or exchanges unless deemed faulty. 

    • Click & Collect orders cannot be returned online by post. 

    Why is an item available for delivery but not for Click & Collect? 

    Inventory differs between our warehouse and stores and updates in real time. 
    If an item is available for delivery but not for Click & Collect, please contact Customer Care, we may be able to assist with alternative options. 

    Why is an item showing In Stock in store, but is not available for Click & Collect?  

    We have certain inventory settings in place to ensure that Click & Collect orders flow through seamlessly.  
    If an item is available In Store but not for Click & Collect, please contact Customer Care, we may be able to assist with alternative options.  

    Can I order a gift card using Click & Collect? 

    Physical and digital gift cards are not available for Click & Collect. 

    Can I try on my items at collection? 

    Absolutely. Our in‑store team will be happy to assist with fitting rooms, styling advice, and any exchanges needed during your visit. 

    Pre Orders will be dispatched for delivery within two business days of them being receipted in at our distribution centre. The estimated date of arrival is specified on the product page and can be subject to change.
