Current Statistics
In 10 years of business, we have never sent products to landfill.
Since launching our repair service, we have laundered and repaired 1360 items and collected 243kg of unrepairable garments, which we then sent to our textile recycling partner SCR Group.

Repair
We are proud to offer a repair service from our retail stores. Should one of your Assembly Label garments lose a button, have a loose thread or a pulled seam, we will gladly have this professionally mended, free of charge.
Naturally, if a customer returns a faulty garment that can’t be repaired, we will provide a refund, store credit or exchange.
For advice on how to best care for and extend the life of your Assembly Label clothing, please read through our Fabric Care Guides.

Recycle
If a product cannot be repaired or passed on, we also offer a recycling service.
Our recycling partner SCR Group collects and sorts all items, offering any that are suitable to charity. What can’t be reused in Australia goes to the Australian-owned partner facility in Malaysia for sorting. The items are then either sent to communities where they are needed most, recycled into rags or converted into biofuels.
