Assembly Label's Afterpay Day Sale starts Tuesday 13th August and ends Sunday 18th August 2024.

 

What is the sale offer?

The Afterpay Day sale is up to 40% off selected styles with prices as marked.

 

Does Assembly Label offer returns on items included within our Afterpay Day sale?

Any Afterpay Day Sale items purchased online with 'Afterpay 30% Off' banner will be able to return or exchange in line with our returns policy.

Any items with a 'Final Sale' banner are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or credit notes unless deemed faulty. Please choose with care.

 

How long until I receive my order?

Please note that dispatch times during busy sale and promotional periods may experience delays of up to 5 business days. We appreciate your understanding and patience, and will do our best to get your orders to you as quickly as possible.

Once your orders have been dispatched from our warehouse, please be mindful there may be differing timeframes depending on your location. This means it could take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update.

Can I use the sign up welcome code or any other discount codes on items included in the sale?

Unfortunately no, discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with the Afterpay Day offer. You can still however use gift cards and credits (from returns) during this time. 

 

If something sells out, can I purchase it later if it restocks after the sale at the discounted price?

It will not be available at the discounted price, some items may be restocked at a later date.

 

If I purchased an item before the sale and it is now discounted can I have a refund for the additional spend?

Unfortunately no, this offer is not available on previously purchased items.

 

I made a mistake on my order, can I change it?

We are unable to edit or cancel your order once it is placed through our online store. Please be mindful when checking out to ensure your shipping details are correct and the items in your cart are correct at checkout.
