I bought my regular size and they sit just right. Deducted one star as the white are quite see through, you can even see nude undies underneath. But I love them anyway, purchased in white and black! Great edition to my wardrobe staples.

I just received the pants and put them on straight away. They are comfortable and chic I can see myself wearing for a long time.
The only comment is that I wish Assembly Label's sizing is more consistent. I order size 8 and 10 as I was not sure what my size is. I once order a pair of wool pants in size 8 and I can only zip up so tightly I returned it. But Philipa is size 8 is roomy enough for me, I didn't need the size 10 at all.
