How does same day delivery work?
We are currently offering Same Day Delivery for customers in Sydney, Melbourne, Chermside and Karrinyup in specific areas.
For our customers located in the Sydney, Melbourne, Chermside and Karrinyup areas, same day delivery is available for orders made through our online store only. Orders need to be placed by 11am AEST for same day delivery. Please note, an orders made on the weekend will be sent next business day. Any orders placed on a public holiday will also be sent next business day.
To select same day delivery for your order, please add your item/s to your cart as usual and proceed to the checkout. If your address is eligible, the option to add same day delivery to your order starting from $10 will be available on the shipping page.
Please note this is only available for orders made before 11am AEST for each business day and is not available on weekends and public holidays. Same day delivery is also not available for PO Boxes, Lockers or Post Office addresses.
What if the same day delivery option doesn't show for me but I am in Sydney, Melbourne, Chermside and Karrinyup?
If the same day delivery option doesn't show at checkout this could mean that your postcode doesn't currently fall into our delivery radius or you have items in your cart that aren't available to be fulfilled by one location so may be shipped from our warehouse or instore distribution channel instead separately.
What if I want to order same day delivery and it is after 11am?
You order will be delivered next day by 5pm. Excludes weekends and public holidays.
Can I call a store for same day delivery?
No, this option is only available to online orders within the areas listed.
Am I required to sign for my same day delivery order?
For same day delivery orders over $300 a signature is required. For all orders with a value under $300, a signature is not required and the driver will be able to leave your parcel at your nominated address if there is a safe place to do so. However, we recommend that you are present to receive your order as if the parcel goes missing we cannot be liable and there will be an extra charge for redelivery.
Which courier is used for same day delivery?
All same day delivery orders are delivered by our partner Rendr.
How much does same day delivery cost?
Same day delivery prices start at $10 and will be calculated at checkout based on your address.
Is my address eligible for same day delivery?
Same day delivery is only available to a limited number of Sydney, Melbourne, Chermside and Karrinyup postcodes, if this service is available for your address, the option will display on the shipping page at checkout.
Please note same day delivery is not available for PO boxes, Lockers or Post Office addresses.
When will I receive my same day delivery order?
Same day delivery orders will arrive on the same day before 5:00pm if ordered before 11am AEST. You will receive a tracking link via text and email to follow the progress of your shipment. Please ensure you are at the address at the time of delivery to avoid missing it, as there will be an extra charge for redelivery of the product. If the product is left and goes missing, you will need to be reorder at your own expense.
Can I cancel my order once it has been placed using same day delivery?
No, once an order has been placed we will not be able to cancel the order.
