A newly established role has opened for a dynamic and experienced eCommerce and Customer Care Assistant, to play a role in the expansion of Assembly Label.

These responsibilities include but not limited to:

eCommerce Assistant

  • Responsible for the upload of products and publication across websites to meet weekly and monthly launch deadlines.
  • Copywriting for products ensuring SEO enrichment
  • Ensure regular contact with the buying and merchandise team to align regarding product drops, resolve any discrepancies and provide the broader team with all the relevant information.
  • Ensure regular contact with the creative service team to ensure the timely handover of the brand assets to support a product launch.
  • Responsible for the accurate display of product information and all brand assets across the sites, including daily maintenance of existing products and inventory.
  • Regular visual merchandising updates on the website product page, implementing the boarder brand strategy to drive sales.

Customer Care Assistant

  • Respond to customer service enquiries, including product and service via Zen Desk (live chat, email, social media). 
  • Navigate customer orders and logistics, with active use of our order management system (Indigo8) and Shopify.
  • Ensure regular contact with the warehouse to resolve shipment issues and discrepancies.
  • Manage customer returns and exchange requests, management of returns through plugin, Loop
  • Manage the refunds process and action these on a regular interval.
  • From time-to-time, this role will require the need to work outside of expected work hours to respond to social DMs from consumers.

About You

  • 2+ years' proficient experience in an eCommerce and customer service role.
  • Strong project management skills and impeccable attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work well independently and cross-functionally to meet launch deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Effective time management and organisational skills due to servicing two areas of the business.
