Are the Warehouse Sales available online or can I make an order over the phone?
The Warehouse Sale is only available at our venue between Thursday 6th February to Sunday 9th February 2025. No online or over the phone orders can be placed and there will be no phone line access at the venue during the sale period.
Does Assembly Label offer returns on items included within our Warehouse Sales?
All items purchased during the sale period at the warehouse sale are final sale and are not eligible for return, store credit or exchange. Any faulty items must be returned to a Surplus store with proof of purchase and will be inspected by a team member to verify any claims of fault prior to a refund, replacement or exchange being processed.
How can I access my receipt?
All customers will be asked at the point of purchase whether they would like a receipt, which will be sent via an opt-in email. Unfortunately, if you do not opt-in to receive a receipt at the time of purchase, we will be unable to retrospectively send a copy to you.
If I purchased an item before the sale and it is now discounted can I have a refund for the additional spend?
Unfortunately no, this offer is not available on previously purchased items and the sale price is only valid at our venue during the Warehouse Sale dates.
Can I use the sign up welcome code or any other discount codes on items included in the Warehouse Sales?
Unfortunately no, our welcome registration offer is only valid for online purchases and cannot be used in our Warehouse Sale. You can still however use gift cards and credits (from returns) during this time.
Can I check the availability of an item, or if something sells out, can I purchase it later if it restocks after the sale at the discounted price?
Unfortunately, all the items in our Warehouse Sale are available only while stocks last. Due to the nature of the sale, we are unable to guarantee availability of stock in store. Please head into our sale venue to shop what is available.
Will I receive a free tote bag with my purchase?
Unfortunately, no. We invite you to bring your own shopping bag to help us minimise waste.
