Shipping Timeframes
The below shipping times are additional to the dispatch time (1-3 business days). This is an estimate only and may be subject to delays.

There is an estimated delay of 2-3 business days for standard deliveries both to and from Western Australia

- If your item(s) are available for Click & Collect, this option will be displayed at checkout.
- Orders placed before 12pm can be collected the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be ready the following day.
- You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.

Split Shipments
Most orders are fulfilled from our Distribution Centre in Sydney, however due to stock availability your order may be split and be fulfilled from multiple locations. If you have received your order and you have a missing item, it is likely your package has been separated into multi shipments. If this is the case, you should receive a Split Shipment notification email post purchase.
Authority to Leave
Please note that all orders under $400, including same day delivery, will be automatically set with Authority to Leave. If you do not wish your parcel to be left, please direct to an Australia Post location or contact them for further assistance.
