Can I edit or cancel my order?
Unfortunately no, we are unable to edit or cancel an order once it has been completed and paid for. Please double-check all details are correct before completing your purchase. You are welcome to return or exchange your order once you have received it.
How do I return or exchange my order?
Assembly Label allows returns and exchanges for all full priced items. Please note store credit returns and exchanges are free, and refunds to the original payment method incur a shipping fee of $7.95, which will be deducted from your refund.
Can I purchase my coat in store?
The Sadie Coat, Arlo Wool Coat and Ezra Belted Jacket can be purchased in store and will be arriving from Friday 10th March. Our Single Breasted Wool Coats are an online exclusive style.
I ordered a coat and would like to exchange it to a different size or colour, can I do this in store?
Our Single Breasted Wool Coat is an online exclusive. You can return this style in store, but if you would like to exchange it for another size in the same style, this must be done via our online returns portal.
The Sadie Coat, Arlo Wool Coat and Ezra Belted Jacket will be available in stores for exchange subject to stock availability.
How do I know my size?

I ordered a coat last year, are the sizes the same?
We have updated the sizing for our new season coats due to popular demand. If you purchased a coat from our previous season, you will now be able to shop your regular size.
Do the coats include a lining?
Our Wool Coats do not include a lining. They are a relaxed, unstructured silhouette and are designed to be layered over your favourite seasonal pieces.
How do I care for my coat?
Our Wool Coats are dry clean only, these cannot be hand or machine washed as this will damage the fabric and dye. We also do not recommend spot cleaning.
Wool is naturally stain resistant, odour resistant and crease resistant, and doesn't require frequent washing like cotton or linen, so you only need to take it to the dry cleaners once in a while.
Can I use the sign up welcome code or any other discount codes on my coat order?
Yes, you are welcome to use this code and any gift cards and credits (from returns).
Will you be restocking the Double Breasted Wool Coats?
Unfortunately no, we are not planning on restocking our Double Breasted Wool Coats. We apologise for any disappointment this may cause.
