Sustainability & Governance Statement

At Assembly Label, we are committed to upholding high standards of ethical and sustainable practice across our supply chain. Our CEO, together with the Head of Production, oversees the implementation of supply chain policies that address human rights and environmental sustainability. These policies ensure our suppliers operate in alignment with our standards for fair labour practices, gender equality, animal welfare, and environmental responsibility.

To strengthen this work, we have appointed an in-house Sustainability and Impact Coordinator with a background in environmental science and research. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities to reduce our environmental impact, establishing sustainability goals, and supporting the implementation of these initiatives across the business.

Oversight of sustainability policies and initiatives sits with our Board, comprised of our founders, CEO and CFO. Meeting monthly, the Board ensures transparency, accountability, and ongoing progress in our sustainability commitments. Through this governance structure, Assembly Label aims to drive meaningful improvements and contribute positively to the communities we work with and the environment we share.
