Poplin is a great fabric; light, breathable and the colours have a lovely depth to them. This AL short is all of the above PLUS they're a great fit, longer than most and nice and loose. The only downside to poplin is that it's thin fabric for a short or pant so I'll be interested to see how these ware over time.
