These pants are so comfortable and roomy in the best way. Even if I wish I had checked even measurements before buying - I got my usual size 12 thinking it would be the right size for me. Only for the pants to be even more oversized than I expected. They’re So Roomy and I actually needed to roll them up so they wouldn’t get caught in my shoes (to be fair, I am hobbit-sized). So yeah, you can definitely go down a size. They’re basically perfect, I just need to properly read the measurements to make sure I won’t drown in fabric. I’ll be getting another pair in the smaller size.

Favourite pants, these are my second pair. Fit is perfectly barrel and oversized and a great length on someone shorter. Fit is generous, I’m generally an 8-10 in pants and I went with an 8 but could have gone even smaller. My only (albeit very minor) complaint is that they make a loud swish swish sound when you walk through the office
