TASTEOLOGY is a small family affair, created by Nigel Burke & Sara Lundgren. Nigel has always had a passion for cooking and can usually be found in the kitchen, experimenting with new flavours and culinary combinations. Coming from a homewares background, Sara has a strong creative eye, and loves working with packaging and typography. By combining these passions, TASTEOLOGY was born.

The TASTEOLOGY Citrus Salt has a base of Great Barrier Reef white rock salt, which has been carefully mixed in with dried lemon granules to create a zesty citrucy flavour.

This is the perfect salt mix for your seafood and fish dishes, and is also great to use on salads and pastas.

All of our salts and salt mixes are 100% natural and no preservatives or additives have been incorporated into the mix. Unlike other flavoured salts that may use artificial flavouring oils, the taste you get from our TASTEOLOGY salts come straight from the herbs used and is completely natural. The herbs we use are all dried before they go into our mixes.

This salt comes in an overzised, high quality glass grinder bottle with a ceramic grinder which allows you to adjust the thickness of the granules. The bottle measures 21cm tall.

Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
