Please note as a result of COVID-19, Australia Post are experiencing delays due to the lack of available flights. They have advised International orders can take up to 30 days to receive.
We have extended our returns period on all purchases made online, to 60 days from reception and we have waived all shipping fees within Australia for your convenience.
Our couriers are constantly adapting their procedures in order to best guarantee the safety of customers. All carriers are now defaulting deliveries to Authority To Leave and will not be requesting a physical signature from the customer or receiver.
During non promotional periods, all orders are shipped via Australia Post at the following rates and are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase on business days.

Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with our products and will gladly accept returns within 60 days of receipt provided the items are in new, unworn condition with all tags attached.
For all Australian orders, we provide prepaid return shipping labels for a flat fee of $7.95 (deducted from your refund). Alternatively, opt for a store credit and we'll cover the cost of the return.
