An exciting new opportunity has been created within the Wholesale Team and we are searching for a Wholesale Coordinator. The ideal candidate is a driven and passionate team player who is looking to take the next step in their career within a Head Office role.



  • Providing support in driving overall wholesale sales to deliver weekly, monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Act as a general first point of contact for all accounts, both local and international..
  • Responsible for department data integrity across all administrative tasks.
  • Responsible for the execution of seasonal JOOR uploads and data integrity within the critical path timelines.
  • Provide assistance at the seasonal photo shoots and general coordination of seasonal range showings.
  • Responsible for processing re-orders, invoices, RAs and credits within a response timeframe.
  • Responsible for liaising with The Iconic + David Jones buying admin team to ensure orders and deliveries are updated and dispatched on time.
  • Act as point of contact for the warehouse to coordinate efficiencies in boutique deliveries.
  • Responsible to support the Wholesale Department with Ad Hoc projects where needed.
  • Responsible to understand and exemplify the business values and vision at all times

Who You Are:

  • Min 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure during peak seasons
  • Time management and ability to effectively prioritise
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong ability to build rapport and work in a team environment
  • MS Excel, JOOR experience (preferred)
  • Understanding of the Australian fashion market
  • Enthusiastic and welcoming of feedback
  • Flexible and collaborative

  • Able to work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
