What is the offer?
Shop up to 60% off online in the Assembly Label Black Friday Sale, including core and logo styles, foundations and new season.
Does Assembly Label offer returns on items purchased within our sale?
Items within our Black Friday sale will be marked with either 'Black Friday' or 'Final Sale' banners.
'Black Friday' banner items are eligible for returns in line with our returns policy.
'Final Sale' banner items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or credit notes unless deemed faulty.
Please choose with care to avoid disappointment.
Will Assembly Label offer Express Shipping during the sale?
Yes, express shipping will be available during the sale period.
Australian standard shipping will be available on all items and standard rates will apply for international orders.
Please note that dispatch times during busy sale and promotional periods may experience delays of up to 5 business days. We appreciate your understanding and patience, and will do our best to get your orders to you as quickly as possible.
Once your orders have been dispatched from our warehouse, please be mindful there may be differing delays depending on your location. This means it could take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update.

Can I shop the sale in store?
Our Black Friday Sale will be available in our Birkenhead, Cremorne and Alexandria Surplus stores only. We are unable to guarantee stock availability in store and over the phone payments will not be available.
Can I use the sign up welcome code or any other discount codes on items included in the sale?
All coupon codes, including our welcome offer, can be used on full-priced items only and cannot be used in conjunction with sale items. You can still however use gift cards and credits (from returns).
If I purchased an item before the sale and it is now discounted can I have a refund for the additional spend?
Unfortunately no, this offer is not available on previously purchased items.
I made a mistake on my order, can I change it?
We are unable to edit or cancel your order once it is placed through our online store. Please be mindful when checking out to ensure your shipping details are correct and the items in your cart are correct as you will not be able to return them if they are incorrect.
